About the Role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead project and engagement management efforts
- Build and foster client relationships with Education Research leaders
- Deliver insightful analysis and solutions anticipating industry trends
- Support leadership transitions through strategic planning and communications
- Manage administrative functions related to client deliverables
- Develop and mentor the company staff in project management
- Facilitate documentation and project coordination for stakeholder interaction
Requirements
- US Work Authorization
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience with Academic Medical Centers
- Experience in human resources within an Academic Medical Center
- Experience with administrative support services and faculty compensation
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and develop staff
