A Day in the Life

  • Source top talent through referrals, database searches, networking, and competitor insights
  • Share what makes our business line unique to spark candidate interest
  • Interview candidates, verify credentials, and ensure alignment with hiring criteria
  • Negotiate pay packages that balance candidate needs and company goals
  • Secure acceptance from both candidates and clients to finalize placements
  • Stay connected with placed employees, supporting payroll, resolving issues, and promoting retention
  • Meet and exceed hiring goals, performance standards, and productivity expectations
  • Build long-term relationships and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Continuously grow your recruiting skills through networking and professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
  • Ability to attract top talent while using technology to build networks
  • An action-oriented and results-driven candidate who frequently exceeds KPIs

Requirements

A minimum of one year relevant recruitment experience or business-to-business sales experience is required.

Qualifications

To qualify for the National Recruitment Manager position, you must have a minimum of one year relevant recruitment experience or business-to-business sales experience. If you do not meet these requirements, you will start as a National Recruitment Manager Trainee compensated at ___ during the training period (typically first 13 weeks of employment).
