EDUCATION PROGRAM SUPERVISOR/EXPERT

The Education Finance Program Operations Coordinator supports statewide school finance and business services initiatives as part of the Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN/eFinance). This role involves coordinating training, managing user access, maintaining web resources, supporting financial operations, and facilitating meetings. The coordinator serves as a liaison between school districts, education cooperatives, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, effective communication, and regulatory compliance. Frequent statewide travel is required for training, workshops, and direct assistance to district personnel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training and professional development activities.
- Manage user access and security processes for APSCN/eFinance.
- Maintain web-based resources and communications.
- Support financial and administrative operations.
- Facilitate meetings and events.
- Serve as a liaison between school districts, education cooperatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program operations.
- Conduct statewide travel for training sessions, workshops, and direct assistance to district personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in educational administration or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of educational principles, practices, and curriculum development.
- Proven experience in conducting research, data analysis, and program evaluation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, policymakers, and community partners.
- Experience in designing and delivering professional development and training programs.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to education.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in education.

Pay
Salary Range: $76,335 – $112,976
Note: Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the Qualifications Review Committee.
