We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN?" which is like an intro. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About UT Southwestern". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes: - WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN? (intro about organization) - Job Summary (description) - Benefits (list) - Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION (Education, Experience) - Job Duties (list of duties) - Security and EEO statement (but we need to remove EEO boilerplate? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should drop the EEO statement. Security statement maybe also boilerplate? It says "Security This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information." That's not exactly boilerplate but could be considered legal. Might be okay to keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So legal boilerplate should be removed. The security statement is legal. So drop it. - Primary Location, Work Locations, etc. That's metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably include location in a short paragraph. - Schedule Full-time Shift Day etc. That's schedule info; we can include if present. The posting states "Schedule Full-time Shift Day". That's specific, not placeholder. So we can include a Schedule section. - Pay: not mentioned. So no Pay section. - Benefits: we have a list; include Benefits section. - Responsibilities: The Job Duties section is essentially responsibilities. Could map to Responsibilities heading. - Requirements: The Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION is requirements. - Qualifications: maybe same as requirements; but we can combine. - Skills: not explicitly listed. - About the role: Could be the Job Summary plus WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN? Could be combined. We need to decide sections: Perhaps:

Let's extract content: WHY UT SOUTHWESTERN? paragraph: "With over 75 years of excellence in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, UT Southwestern is committed to excellence, innovation, teamwork, and compassion. Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 4 years Related experience or Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience Job Duties (list many). We need to convert to

      • items. The duties are a long paragraph with many sentences separated by periods. We can split into bullet points per sentence or per clause. The instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should make each duty a bullet. Let's parse duties: "Coordinates, supervises, and administers operations of aforementioned programs as applicable." "Responsible for managing clerical/administrative operations and workflow for maximum efficiency and utilization of resources." "May supervise clerical and administrative support staff; may oversee training and orientation of staff; may determines work priorities; may evaluates work progress and production." "May develop and oversee budgets related to education office, including approving expenditures and preparing summaries of financial operations." "Obligates and tracks expenditures for educational program(s), committing funds for program operations, including salaries/stipends and other operational costs." "Responsible for cost distribution of stipend and operational funding between institutions." "Creates, reviews, and maintains policies and procedures in accordance with university and accrediting agency standards to ensure compliance." "Interprets policy for faculty, staff, residents, fellows, and students." "Maintains records and documentation of activities of program participants, including appointments, terminations, performance evaluations and/or grades, credentialling, malpractice coverage, recommendations, and verification of training; prepares complex reports and surveys for university administration and/or accrediting agencies regarding statistical information on education programs within department or unit." "Manages recruitment and admission activities of unit, which may include coordinating production of brochures/recruitment materials, overseeing interview process, maintaining records of applicants, compiling statistical data on applicants, and preparing reports on admissions activities." "Responsible for design, execution, and effectiveness of system of internal controls, which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable." "Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures." "As directed, may process on-line forms for payroll, vacation/sick leave requests, malpractice insurance payments, supply ordering, and/or other operations needs." "May assist supervisor in monitoring program expenditures within university guidelines." "Performs other duties as assigned." We need to keep the content exactly; but we can split into bullet points each sentence. Ensure we don't lose any nuance. Schedule: "Full-time Shift Day". Also maybe "Schedule Full-time Shift Day". We'll put in a

          or maybe a

but it's not a list; just a short statement. Location: "Primary Location Texas-Dallas-5323 Harry Hines Blvd Work Locations 5323 Harry Hines Blvd". Could combine: "Located at 5323 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, Texas." We'll keep as a short paragraph. We must not include EEO statement. So drop that. We must not include security statement (legal). Drop. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
