Are you eager to make a difference in the lives of young children? Do you have a natural passion for mentorship and training?
Primrose School of Eldorado wants YOU to join our team as an Education Coach.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
- Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers
- Collaborate with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
- Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Support the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum
Qualifications
- Natural passion for mentorship and training
- Experience working with early childhood teachers
- Ability to support and guide teachers in creating safe, healthy environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
Compensation
$45,000.00 per year
