About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Employee Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between complex insurance products and the employees who rely on them, ensuring they have the knowledge to make informed decisions for their families and futures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations and one‑on‑one sessions to explain health, dental, vision, life, and retirement benefits to diverse employee groups.
• Create clear, engaging educational materials, including guides, newsletters, and digital presentations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and specific plan designs.
• Serve as a reliable resource for complex benefit inquiries, assisting employees with enrollment processes and plan comparisons.
