Education Assistant (Full Time)

About the role

Performs specialized work to help teachers instruct and supervise students. They prepare classroom materials, reinforce lessons, manage room environments, and support special needs students under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Support: Help individual students or small groups improve skills and reinforce teacher lessons.
• Classroom Management: Prepare materials and set up rooms for daily activities.
• Student Supervision: Monitor children safely in the classroom, hallways, and other school areas.
• Specialized Assistance: Support special needs students or help coordinate specific program projects as assigned.
