About the role

Assists Southern Ute Indian Montessori Academy students with educational, physical, emotional, and social growth and development under direction of a certified Teacher. Responsible for supporting instruction through a variety of duties including providing classroom coverage and supervision of children.

This position is a grade N6.

Pay

$17.05/hour

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience working with Native American students
• Standard First Aid and Infant/Child/Adult CPR Certification (must obtain within 3 months of hire if not already certified)
• Pass a TB test
• Pass a thorough background check including Criminal History and fingerprint check
• Pass a pre-employment drug test

Qualifications

• AA/BA/BS in educational field or related area (preferred)
• Montessori credentials (preferred)
