Education Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Ad Hoc Analysis: Analyze multiple data streams to provide formative results that drive student performance and operational efficiency.
• Data Reporting: Assist in assessing, visualizing, and generating reports to present trends, relationships, and leading indicators of student outcomes.
• Campus Support: Respond to and resolve support tickets related to PowerSchool data, Tableau dashboards, and internal surveys, and assist in designing and implementing Tableau customizations.
• Service: Provide exceptional service to Noble’s staff and students, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Candidate Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL queries, preferably across multiple database platforms.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (Python, R).
• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Compensation

We strive to be the best place to work, and our employee benefits are thoughtfully designed to support us in this ambition. Compensation for this role typically starts between $75,000-$90,000 annually, with final salary commensurate with experience and expertise.
