Qualifications
- Knowledge of adolescent development and behavior
- Experience working with students in a school setting
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Support and guide junior class students in their academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop programs that meet the needs of junior class students
- Assist in the organization and implementation of extracurricular activities for junior class students
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
Schedule
Hours and schedule are flexible to accommodate the needs of the junior class and the district.
