About the role

We're a fully distributed agency focused on helping fast-growing companies like Masterclass, Notion, and BetterUp achieve sustainable revenue through content and SEO. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact and works collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a team of editors to produce high-quality SEO content in a fast-paced environment
• Meet monthly deliverable deadlines
• Edit up to 80 articles per month on a variety of topics to ensure grammar, keywords, voice, style, flow, organization, and development to create compelling and interesting content
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' style guides, editorial guidelines, and overall SEO expectations
• Manage 4–5 writers as they each craft 10–20 articles per month
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to writers, emphasizing lifelong learning and growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing and/or editing articles in a journalism or SEO content setting
• Strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task/prioritize
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
