Responsibilities

• Properly set-up and maintain a clean, efficient bar throughout the shift.
• Have knowledge of fine dining/upscale service.
• Have knowledge of all wines, spirits, and beer.
• Have knowledge of the entire food menu.
• Have strong sales and communication skills.
• Sell and present wine.
• Order taking.
• Order delivery.
• Checking back.
• Clean and clear service areas.
• Uniform and appearance.
• Completes other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Micros POS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of upscale casual or fine dining bartending experience.
• Full-service bar experience (beer, wine, and liquor).
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Flexible with schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
