eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Top Secret Clearance Required) with Security Clearance

About the role

Responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions to support litigation efforts. This role requires a Top Secret clearance with a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain eDiscovery systems that meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to understand discovery needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of eDiscovery projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to eDiscovery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery technologies and processes.
• Experience with managing large-scale eDiscovery projects.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Top Secret clearance with a security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery or related field.
• Experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
