About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute eDiscovery strategies that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand case-specific eDiscovery needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Manage eDiscovery projects from initiation through completion, including data collection, processing, review, production, and presentation.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain secure storage of sensitive data.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members on eDiscovery tools and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery technology and compliance.
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field.
- Experience with eDiscovery software and tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, particularly as they relate to eDiscovery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with legal professionals and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Proven track record of success in eDiscovery roles.
- Experience working in a high-stress environment with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of federal and state eDiscovery laws and regulations.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
