About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute eDiscovery strategies that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to understand case-specific eDiscovery needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage eDiscovery projects from initiation through completion, including data collection, processing, review, production, and presentation.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain secure storage of sensitive data.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and team members on eDiscovery tools and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery technology and compliance.

Requirements

  • Top Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field.
  • Experience with eDiscovery software and tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, particularly as they relate to eDiscovery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with legal professionals and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in eDiscovery roles.
  • Experience working in a high-stress environment with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of federal and state eDiscovery laws and regulations.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
