eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Top Secret Clearance Required) with Security Clearance

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the development, implementation, and management of eDiscovery solutions. This includes working closely with clients to understand their needs, designing and implementing eDiscovery workflows, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients on eDiscovery processes and tools.
• Design and implement eDiscovery workflows that meet client needs and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of eDiscovery systems within existing infrastructure.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of eDiscovery processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on eDiscovery best practices and technologies.
• Stay current with advancements in eDiscovery technology and legal trends.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field.
• Experience with eDiscovery software and tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to eDiscovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

• $168,239 per year for Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Chantilly, VA).
• $143,532 per year for eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Fairfax, VA).
• $159,264 per year for Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Fairfax, VA).
• $147,929 per year for eDiscovery Litigation Technologist (Chantilly, VA).
• $167,039 per year for eDiscovery Program Manager (Chantilly, VA).
