Responsibilities
- Client Needs Discovery: Understand and interpret client needs to tailor solutions that exceed expectations, ensuring personalized and effective outcomes.
- Consultation and Planning: Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to construct comprehensive project plans, aligning project goals with client expectations and internal capabilities.
- Project Oversight: Oversee internal processes to ensure project plans are executed to specifications and deadlines.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, including detailed status reports, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Offer advanced support for technology usage, including Relativity, ensuring clients can effectively use the technology and resolve issues promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust by ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Data Processing: Process data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting efficient handling and management of client data.
Qualifications
- Strong client focus, with a track record of building and sustaining high-touch client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and technologies, with the ability to evaluate client needs and design effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity Processing specifically.
- Prior experience in a client-facing project management role within legal services, litigation support, or eDiscovery.
- Proficiency with database programs, text editors, and document review platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Schedule
This role occasionally requires availability outside standard business hours to meet client deadlines (e.g., during active data productions or urgent client escalations). We're happy to discuss scheduling needs.

Pay
The base annual compensation range for this role will be $90,000 - $130,000, dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus program.
