About the role

eDiscovery Technical Advisor, eDiscovery Litigation Technologist, Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor, and Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist positions require a Top Secret clearance with security clearance. Legal Clerical position requires a Top Secret clearance with security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducts legal research and analysis
• Develops and implements eDiscovery strategies
• Collaborates with clients to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Manages and secures sensitive data
• Supports litigation efforts through document review and production
• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
• May provide training and guidance to other team members

Requirements

• Advanced degree in law, computer science, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field
• Experience with legal research tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of federal and state eDiscovery regulations

Qualifications

• Must have a Top Secret clearance with security clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
• Proficiency in data management and security protocols
• Understanding of electronic discovery principles and procedures

• eDiscovery Technical Advisor: $179,275 per year
• eDiscovery Litigation Technologist: $170,782 per year
• Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor: $194,230 per year
• Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist: $215,578 per year
• Legal Clerical: $130,382 per year
