About the role

eDiscovery Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire eDiscovery process, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations. The position requires a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire eDiscovery process, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and final review.
  • Collaborate with legal teams, IT departments, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure all eDiscovery activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for eDiscovery operations.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on eDiscovery best practices and technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in eDiscovery management or related field.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Law.
  • A Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
  • Experience with eDiscovery tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a high-stress environment with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
