About the role
eDiscovery Program Manager, eDiscovery Technical Advisor, Paralegal, and Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor positions are available at Contact Government Services, LLC in Dallas, Texas. All positions require a Top Secret clearance with security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage eDiscovery projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand discovery needs and develop strategies to meet those needs efficiently.
- Develop and maintain processes for managing electronic data, including document review, production, and preservation.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate eDiscovery tools and technologies into existing workflows.
- Provide training and support to team members on eDiscovery best practices and new technologies.
- Monitor trends in eDiscovery and recommend updates to processes and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to eDiscovery.
- Experience with eDiscovery software and tools, such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with legal, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of security protocols and practices is required.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, computer science, information management).
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Pay
- eDiscovery Program Manager: $156,986.20 - $213,052
- eDiscovery Technical Advisor: ESTIMATED: $164,421 per year
- Paralegal: ESTIMATED: $121,804 per year
- Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor: ESTIMATED: $178,137 per year
