The Contractor shall provide the following services to include but not limited to:
- Discovery Program contractor staff management support to include, but not limited to the following activities:
- Oversight of all administrative logistical support for the contract to include, notifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments and coverage, documenting daily tasks, and work location changes;
- Mentorship and assistance to new team members to perform daily tasks;
- Addressing performance or personnel issues that arise within the contracted staff;
- Managing client expectations and delivering deliverables while clearly and timely communicating with clients;
- Initiating process improvement initiatives;
- Facilitating communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholders;
- Providing technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contract;
- Participation in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives;
- Aid in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks;
- Development and tracking of clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables;
- Assistance in providing information sought by client that are relevant to support Change Requests and Contract Modifications;
- Overseeing and monitoring all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures;
- Reviewing system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups;
- Reviewing and reporting technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope projects;
- Overseeing and monitoring Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes;
- Overseeing and monitoring the system administration of Microsoft Exchange - 2019 and 2022;
- Overseeing and monitoring the administration and support of Microsoft Windows server 2016/2019/2022 in a large physical and virtual infrastructure;
- Overseeing and monitoring the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories;
- Overseeing and monitoring Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architecture;
- Complying with contract terms and conditions;
- Working collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables;
- Ensuring operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by OGC Leadership;
- Formulating and enforcing work standards;
- Assigning contractor schedules;
- Presenting and communicating instructions, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of analysis to non-technical audiences;
- Working collaboratively with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables;
- Providing the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future;
- Planning, organizing, directing and supporting all activities identified in the contract;
- Maintaining conformance with RFQ schedules and costs;
- Monitoring employee performance and productivity;
- Developing and implementing training programs and remedial actions as necessary;
- Reviewing work discrepancies;
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates;
- Providing timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs, if any;
- Maintaining program/project schedule, performance and deliverables;
- Maintaining a qualified and certified, as appropriate, Contractor work force to meet the Government’s needs under this RFQ;
- Providing direct supervision, program control, scheduling and management of the Contractor personnel consistent with priorities and assignments by the OGC program;
- Assisting in all project management task performance;
- Preparation, review, and submission of required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates;
- Resolving problems, issues or conflicts, as required;
- Prioritizing tasks and assignments to Contractor work force based on Government’s direction and best practices.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Proven experience in eDiscovery program management;
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, and cloud technologies;
- Knowledge of Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platforms;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of contractors;
- Experience working with federal agencies and government contracts;
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet 24/7/365 requirements;
- Passion for government innovation and problem-solving.
