About the Role

TransPerfect Legal Solutions is seeking recent graduates with analytical mindsets and strong customer service skills to join our team as an eDiscovery Project Coordinator. This junior-level project management role is ideal for starting a career in Project Management, with potential to advance to a Project Manager position. The eDiscovery Project Coordinator assists a team of Project Managers in overseeing litigation support projects, ensuring quality and timeliness while building client relationships and advising on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with client requests
• Execute litigation support projects and oversee their full life cycle according to client parameters
• Track delivery schedules, ensure quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope
• Work closely with production staff to allocate resources based on deadlines and client priorities
• Serve as a liaison between production staff and clients throughout the project life cycle
• Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research solutions and determine appropriate courses of action
• Ensure projects are completed according to client and industry standards, meeting specifications and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university (Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics majors preferred)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, including MS Access
• Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service and high-level problem-solving skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic is a plus
