EDI Lead / Dynamics 365 Resource

About the role

We are seeking a full-time, senior-level EDI Lead to drive the migration of our EDI trading partners (both buy-side and sell-side) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM). This is a hands-on leadership role focused on keeping the EDI workstream moving and ensuring timely, successful deployment. The EDI effort will account for roughly 20 hours per week. The remaining 20 hours per week will support our broader ERP migration to D365, giving us flexibility to match the role to the right candidate's strengths.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility: EDI Lead

• Lead the effort to migrate all EDI partners (buy and sell sides) to D365 F&SCM.
• Own the EDI workstream end-to-end, with support from the internal team.
• Keep the initiative on schedule and drive toward timely deployment.
• Communicate fluently in EDI concepts and terminology.

Note: Deep, detailed EDI mapping expertise is not required — the focus is on leading and coordinating the effort.

Secondary Responsibility: ERP Migration Support

The balance of the role will support our D365 ERP migration. All secondary work is D365-centric, so candidates should bring Dynamics 365 experience in one or more of the following areas:

• D365 + Power BI / Analytics — reporting and data analysis within the D365 environment.
• D365 Business Analyst — supporting the SME team throughout the project.
• D365 Development — technical, configuration, and development experience.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional who can own the EDI effort with team support.
• Onsite work required.
• Dynamics 365 experience — required to support the secondary ERP migration responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SPS Commerce.
