EDI / ERP Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership, support, and continuous improvement of EDI processes within Infor Autorelease
• Serve as the primary SME for Autorelease, requiring deep, hands-on knowledge of its internal processing, including requirements, shipping, and ASN workflows
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, trading partners, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely EDI processing
• Provide operational support to resolve issues that may impact customer deliveries
• Maintain accurate and compliant EDI transactions through daily monitoring and resolution
• Develop and implement EDI standards and procedures to streamline transaction processes
• Analyze transaction errors and reconcile data discrepancies to maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business units, to ensure successful EDI implementation
• Document projects, maps, and business processes related to EDI transactions
• Support Customer Onboarding and other improvement projects
• Provide shipping dock support on shipping issues, including being part of an “On Call” rotation
• Support security and audit functions

Requirements

• IT-related degree required
• Advanced knowledge of Autorelease
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Proficiency in electronic data interchange (EDI) standards and protocols
• Understanding of automotive industry processes and supply chain operations
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues
• Familiarity with EDI tools and software
