About the role
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid). Length of the project: 6+ months.
Responsibilities
- Create maps for various formats: EDI to XML, XML to EDI, IDOC to X12, X12 to IDOC, IDOC to EDIFACT, EDIFACT to IDOC, DB to X12, X12 to DB, Flat File to Flat File, Flat File to X12, Flat File to IDOC, Flat file to DB.
- Develop new business processes, define on‑fault conditions, and set up email notifications.
- Configure adapters (JDBC, FSA, SFTP, FTP, HTTP, CLA, SAP) within Sterling Integrator business processes.
- Configure Sterling File Gateway for protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, REST, AS2).
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience as an IBM Sterling EDI Consultant.
- Previous experience in an SAP environment is preferred.

- Experience with EDI documents: 240, 753, 754, 810, 812, 820, 824, 828, 850, 852, 855, 856, 860, 865, 894, 895.
