EDI Data Analyst

What You'll Do

• Review both internal and external file load reports and perform appropriate actions required.
• Work with external vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure imports and exports meet file requirements.
• Monitor file creations and transfers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify root cause and provide solutions to resolve issues.
• Work with multiple departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Support the overall EDI Team.
• Create and review test cases for file feeds.
• Update existing mappings and rules documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, mathematically inclined, and capable of working independently.
• Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
• A strong focus on deadlines and deliverables – able to identify defects and bugs quickly.
• Experience working with overlapping product release cycles.
• Advanced MS Office Word and Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL.
• A general understanding of data schemas and structures.

Pay

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
