Program Overview
The Edge Program is a rotational program within Technology & Global Services (TGS). Associates perform 3 rotations (1 year each) in various functional areas within TGS. These assignments provide an exciting and diverse combination of challenges, where associates are expected to make a measurable business impact while learning TGS processes and technology.
The program is enriched with:
- Business Impact: Associates work on challenging and significant assignments that add business value across BD.
- Diversity: Associates will rotate to different teams, learning from a wide range of expertise and enhancing their skillsets.
- Coaching and Development: Advisers and Managers provide career guidance and advice throughout the Program.
- Leadership Visibility: The Edge Program is directly sponsored by the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
- Shape and Influence: Associates help shape and influence the program through participation on Edge Program committees.
Qualifications
- Major: Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or other Business & Technology related majors.
- Experience: Prior internship or Co-op experience in Information Technology, or related field.
- Skills: Demonstrated technical proficiency, strong leadership skills, ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative, and achieve results.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Organization: Proven organization and time management skills.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate as needed to pursue rotational opportunities.
Required Skills
- Must be a currently enrolled student at a college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Graduating date between December 2025 - June 2026.
- Majoring in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or other Business & Technology related majors.
- Prior internship or Co-op experience in Information Technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and strong leadership skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven organization and time management skills.
- Willingness to relocate as needed to pursue rotational opportunities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration.
