About the role
The role of the EDGE Coordinator/Learning Specialist involves providing academic support services to students, developing learning resources, and collaborating with faculty to enhance educational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic support services to students, including tutoring and study skills workshops.
- Develop and maintain learning resources tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate best practices in teaching and learning.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of support services.
- Maintain records and reports related to student progress and program activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with college students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and strategies.
- Experience with technology-enhanced learning tools.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

$40,000 - $45,000 annually.
