About the role

We are seeking dynamic, professional individuals to join our team as Model Scouts and Bookers. This role involves discovering new talent, managing model portfolios, and liaising with clients to secure bookings for fashion shows, commercial campaigns, and editorial shoots. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for talent, strong networking skills, and a passion for the fashion and modeling industry.

Responsibilities

• Scout and recruit new modeling talent through various channels, including social media, open calls, and industry events.
• Manage and develop model portfolios, ensuring they are up-to-date and professionally presented.
• Liaise with clients, including brands, photographers, and production teams, to secure bookings for models.
• Negotiate contracts and fees for models, ensuring fair and competitive terms.
• Coordinate model schedules, including fittings, castings, and bookings, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
• Maintain strong relationships with models, clients, and industry professionals to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to ensure Boss Models remains a leader in the industry.
• Collaborate with international agencies to facilitate global opportunities for models.

Requirements

• Proven experience in model scouting, booking, or a related role within the fashion and modeling industry.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and talent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanor.
• A keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the modeling industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools for talent scouting and portfolio management.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
