Requirements

• Three years post-secondary education required, or 90 credit hours
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies helpful
• Ability to implement Individual Education Plans and behavior plans necessary
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques preferred
• Prior experience working in an elementary educational setting preferred
