Ed Tech III: PreK through Grade 5

About the role

Under the supervision and ongoing support of Certified Special Education Teachers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the Ed Tech III provides 1:1 direct instruction in social, behavioral, emotional, functional, and academic skills within an Applied Behavior Analysis model; also works along with related service providers in OT, PT, and Speech.

Driving students on occasion with parent permission, as part of student goals and/or transition plans to public schools.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 direct instruction in social, behavioral, emotional, functional, and academic skills within an Applied Behavior Analysis model.
• Works alongside related service providers in OT, PT, and Speech.

Requirements

• Minimum of 90 college credits required: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) preferred, training provided if needed
• Certification as an Educational Technician III preferred, assistance provided as needed
• Valid Driver's License

Qualifications

• We will facilitate obtaining these certifications, and provide paid BHP training, for candidates in need of these certifications.
