About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge to ensure effective medical treatments and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient assessments, examinations, and treatments to deliver personalized care.
• Supporting analysis of patient data to inform medical decisions and treatment plans.
• Implementing prescribed interventions while adhering to protocols to ensure safety.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team for communication and care coordination.
• Seeking guidance from senior professionals on complex cases to optimize patient outcomes.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least 1 year of RN experience, including specialty practice as per nursing standards.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
