About the role
The Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by performing assessments, examinations, and treatments to support personalized healthcare outcomes. Working under close supervision, the RN collaborates with the healthcare team to facilitate communication and coordinate care, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, examinations, and treatments
- Analyze patient data to guide treatment decisions
- Support medical interventions and coordinate care
- Facilitate communication within the healthcare team
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols
- Seek guidance from senior medical professionals for complex cases
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- At least 1 year of RN experience with clinical specialization
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact state
- Certifications such as BLS (CPR) from the American Red Cross or AHA
