ED RN - Full-Time

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Working under general supervision, the role involves coordinating care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care
• Analyze medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop individualized care plans
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments
• Ensure medical records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing
• 1 year of RN experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year in a clinical specialty

Licensure:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
• BLS certification
