About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in the assigned unit.
- Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current condition.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience is a plus.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
