We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "How would you like to work in a place where your contributions and ideas are valued? A place where you can serve with compassion, pursue excellence and honor every voice? At Wellstar, our mission is simple, yet powerful: to enhance the health and well-being of every person we serve. We are proud to have become a shining example of what's possible when the brightest professionals dedicate themselves to making a difference in the healthcare industry, and in people's lives." That's about the organization, could be "About the role" or maybe "About Wellstar". The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" heading for that intro. - "Work Shift Evening (United States of America)" maybe shift info. Could be Schedule? It says "Work Shift Evening (United States of America)". Then "The Emergency Department at Cobb Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Paramedic! This position is Part-Time/Evening shift (11 am - 11 pm)." That's schedule info: Part-Time/Evening shift (11 am - 11 pm). So we can include a Schedule section. - "Job Summary Reports to Manager of Emergency Department." That's part of summary. - Then description of responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences. We'll need to extract responsibilities list. - "Core Responsibilities And Essential Functions" heading then list of duties. - "Required Minimum Education", "Required Minimum License(s) And Certification(s)", "Required Minimum Experience", "Required Minimum Skills". Those are qualifications/requirements. - "Join us and discover the support to do more meaningful work—and enjoy a more rewarding life. Connect with the most integrated health system in Georgia, and start a future that gives you more." That's maybe a closing, could be part of About the role or maybe Benefits? No explicit benefits listed. No pay info. So we should not create Benefits, Pay sections unless stated. There's no explicit pay or benefits. So we omit those. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to ensure we only include sections when there is real specific content. Thus sections: - About the role (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (maybe combine Education, License, Experience, Skills? Could separate Qualifications and Skills? The instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have: Required Minimum Education, License(s) And Certification(s), Required Minimum Experience, Required Minimum Skills. We could create a "Requirements" section that includes education, license, experience, skills as subpoints? But instruction says use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could have a
with items for each requirement. Alternatively we could have separate headings: Qualifications (education, license, experience) and Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section with sub-items. But we need to preserve all detail; we can list each requirement as separate

We need to ensure we didn't lose any detail: The original also mentions "All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated." We should include that note. Also "The paramedic must be knowledgeable and adhere to the scope of paramedic practices as outlined in the Georgia Department of Human Resources Division of Public Health Office of Emergency Medical Services scope of practices." Also "As a member of the patient services team, it is expected that the individual upholds the voice of the patient, system policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals." Also "The ED Medical Director oversees the scope of practice of the paramedic in the ED in accordance with the Georgia Paramedic Scope of Practice and the Wellstar Paramedic Scope of Practice." Also "As a member of the patient services team, it is expected that the individual upholds the voice of the patient, system policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals." We need to preserve all substantive information. Many of these are more about scope and expectations, could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements. We can incorporate them as additional list items under Responsibilities or Requirements. We should not invent or summarize away detail; we need to keep them. Thus we need to go through the posting and extract all substantive sentences. Let's rewrite the posting with sections: Intro: first paragraph about mission. Then "Work Shift Evening (United States of America)" maybe not needed separate; we have schedule. Then "The Emergency Department at Cobb Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Paramedic! This position is Part-Time/Evening shift (11 am - 11 pm)." That's schedule. Then "Job Summary Reports to Manager of Emergency Department." Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities?
