ED Nursing Manager

About the role

The Manager Nursing oversees a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services. They implement policies and strategies to achieve short-term results and lead divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives with clear targets and goals. The role involves developing and applying processes aligned with organizational policies and best practices, as well as approving opportunities to enhance practices for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a clinical specialty
• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA
