ED Flow Coordinator, Night Shift

Role: Emergency Department (ED) Patient Flow Coordinator Responsibilities Manage patient movement through the ED ensuring safety and efficiency Coordinate patient care activities and act as a liaison with ED medical staff Delegate workload and exemplify teamwork, leadership, and professionalism Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's preferred At least 1 year of ED RN experience Experience in quality and process improvement projects Licensure: Georgia RN license or multistate license; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; CEN preferred Skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to coordinate care and foster teamwork
