About the role
The Emergency Department (ED) Patient Flow Coordinator ensures the safe and efficient movement of patients through the ED.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities
- Act as a liaison with ED medical staff
- Delegate workload
- Promote teamwork, leadership, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 1 year ED RN experience
- Experience in quality and process improvement projects
Licenses and Certifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Preferred: CEN certification
