Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms to support teaching teams, maintain continuity, and keep the day running smoothly
• Build meaningful relationships with children across age groups
• Create calm, engaging, and joyful learning environments
• Support play-based, hands-on learning experiences
• Use positive guidance to nurture social-emotional development
• Collaborate with a team that truly supports one another

Requirements

• Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado
• Experience in a licensed early childhood setting (preferred)
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Strong emotional awareness, patience, and flexibility
• Ability to be active throughout the day (including lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Qualifications

Compensation & Growth: $21.00–$24.00/hour based off education and experience, Guaranteed $500 raise every year you stay with us, Annual cost-of-living increases

Schedule

Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Flexible scheduling (early, late, or full-day shifts)
