Essential Job Functions
- Lead end-to-end eCommerce performance reporting across brands and channels (DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- Identify and quantify key eCommerce growth levers across traffic, conversion, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and channel mix
- Analyze key performance drivers including traffic, CVR, AOV, units, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and customer behavior trends
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations
- Develop data-driven business recommendations that improve revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Own and evolve daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadence and executive performance visibility
- Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks
- Improve data consistency and reporting accuracy across systems (Shopify, Amazon, Google Analytics, BI tools, internal data sources)
- Support partner with marketing teams (paid media, lifecycle, affiliate, social) to evaluate campaign performance and ROI
- Support CRO initiatives by identifying funnel opportunities and testing insights
- Analyze pricing, promotional, and merchandising effectiveness
- Surface insights that directly improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability
- Partner with planning and operations teams to connect inventory availability, demand forecasting, and ecommerce performance insights
- Collaborate across ecommerce, marketing, product, finance, planning, and operations teams
- Influence stakeholders through data, business insight, and clear communication
- Act as a bridge between data, strategy, and execution
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, business analysis, digital analytics, or performance marketing analytics
- Strong experience within Shopify-based eCommerce environments
- Direct-to-consumer retail experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets
- Strong understanding of eCommerce performance drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
- Experience analyzing paid media and customer acquisition performance
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central analytics
- Familiarity with ecommerce analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Triple Whale, or similar)
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and conversion rate optimization

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, candidates and external partners through multiple forms of technology with telephone and computer.
- Must be able to receive and convey information.
- Must be able to safely navigate the production facility, OSHA compliant.
- Normally this person is standing or walking around the facility interacting with team members.
- Appropriate shoes for standing on concrete flooring is recommended.
