Responsibilities
- Set up new products and packs, both as one-time purchase and subscription offerings – this includes PDPs, Variety Packs, Add-ons, and PLPs
- Manage out-of-stock and back-in-stock scenarios, including swapping items within packs to avoid lost revenue
- Mercandise the site in line with monthly marketing plans
- Manage all site updates in partnership with our development agency
- Troubleshoot site and order issues, coordinating with the appropriate internal and external partners
- Create and manage discount codes as needed
- Assist in managing DTC catalog; ensure the accuracy of catalog and product data, including pricing, discontinuations and OOS products
- Submit creative requests for new product launches
- Handle ad-hoc website requests as they come up
- Manage and project manage dev agency
- Conduct A/B testing plan
- Conduct regular, structured site audits to identify gaps, bugs, and opportunities across UX, navigation, content, and conversion; own the resulting fix and improvement backlog
- Use site analytics and merchandising data to make informed decisions on product placement, homepage content, collection strategy, and promotional priorities
- Support on DTC initiatives to drive growth
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience running a Shopify storefront, specifically Shopify Horizon
- Tech-saavy and experienced with Shopify apps such as Rebuy, Recharge, Aftership, etc.
- Comfortable owning day-to-day site operations independently
- Strong attention to detail — this role directly impacts revenue (stock swaps, discount codes, merchandising)
- Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and an external dev agency
Nice to Have
- Development experience (Liquid, HTML/CSS, or working knowledge of Shopify theme code)
- AI experience: optimized for SEO, GEO and AEO
