Ecommerce & Paid Media Analyst
About the role
The Ecommerce and Paid Media Analyst supports JBL.com, focusing on the support of an increasingly robust advertising program aimed at driving top line revenue at scale.
Responsibilities
- Execute paid media strategy for always-on customer acquisition campaigns across the marketing funnel.
- Support paid media management with focus on weekly and ad-hoc KPI reporting, continuous optimization against goals, and provide actionable feedback/recommendations to the sales team.
- Manage multiple key accounts and platforms, creating win-win scenarios for HARMAN and its customers and stakeholders.
- Support media buying and analysis on all major ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Shop.
- Create measurable tactics and strategies with superior ability to communicate the outcomes with a continuous focus on optimization and spend efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with creative campaign specialists to traffic ads and make recommendations on cross-channel campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, related or equivalent combination between education and experience.
- Marketing experience for e-tail and eCommerce experience is required. Experience at a major big-box retailer (agency or client-side) is preferred.
- A strong understanding of eCommerce retailers.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
- 1-3 years of paid advertising experience; 1-3 years of experience managing clients/accounts.
- Experience with Google Ads/Meta Ads/Paid search.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets for direct response campaigns with focus on driving top line revenue and sales.
- Strong financial acumen, with understanding of the balance sheet and ability to communicate with finance and accounting teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think in CPM/CPA/CPC/CTR with strong media math skills.
Nice to have
- Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, programmatic.
- Large brand and/or major retail client experience is preferred.
- In-house eCommerce or Agency experience preferred.
- Entrepreneur mentality, excellent storyteller, strong negotiator, and collaborator.
- Strong technical competency, specifically with pixel and tracking troubleshooting, demonstrated ability to understand and learn systems.
- Deep experience with multi-channel attribution models and ability to make recommendations to improve.
- Demonstrated ability to scale both legacy businesses and new opportunities.
What You Need
- Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel.
- Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, CA.
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Pay Transparency
$ 84,750 - $ 124,300 Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission. Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
