eCommerce Operation, Sr. Manager

For our client, we are seeking a eCommerce Operation, Sr. Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will own the operational strategy and execution for B2B eCommerce and eProcurement integrations, with a strong emphasis on process discipline and release readiness. The position will partner closely with third-party marketplaces, procurement platforms, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations. It will also help define governance, optimize workflows, and support scalable commercial operations across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,500 – $216,400 annually Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational ownership of B2B and eProcurement integrations Lead relationships with third-party marketplaces and procurement platforms Own operational UAT strategy and release readiness for new eCommerce capabilities Define, document, and govern end-to-end B2B eCommerce operational processes Serve as a senior operational partner across various teams Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy development and execution Deep knowledge of enterprise B2B eCommerce operations and eProcurement ecosystems Expertise with procurement integrations such as punchout catalogs, EDI, OCI, and cXML Strong understanding of marketplace platforms and vendor governance Benefits Competitive medical plans for you and your family Free HSA funds and a fertility offering with stipend Group life and disability coverage, paid parental leave 401k with profit sharing and an employee stock purchase program Extensive learning and development opportunities and education benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
