About the role
The Bradford Group family of brands is a world leader in new product development. We sell joy through various products like jewelry, apparel, and collectible coins. This role supports the execution of on-site merchandising and content updates to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day site merchandising updates, including product placement, category organization, and content changes
- Aid in homepage updates to support promotions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
- Ensure product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Support category merchandising to ensure intuitive product discovery
- Collaborate with marketing teams to help execute site content aligned with campaigns
- Perform basic site QA to ensure a smooth and error-free customer experience
- Monitor site performance metrics and flag issues or opportunities to the team
- Compile reports on site activity and merchandising performance
- Support A/B testing setup and execution as needed
- Stay informed on eCommerce trends and best practices
- Leverage emerging AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enhance marketing operations, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
- 0–2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of web merchandising and digital customer experience
- Familiarity with Excel and analytics tools (Google Analytics a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within eCommerce
- Familiarity with Power Automate and emerging AI-based technologies
Qualifications
- Passionate about innovation and customer experience
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of SEO and its impact on online sales
Skills
- Basic knowledge of web development and SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
