Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Process and manage sales orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Resolve shipping, order, and delivery issues with a customer-first mindset
• Support Shopify and other eCommerce platforms while helping improve processes and the overall customer experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, order management, sales support, or eCommerce experience
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and Shopify is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
