About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Copy Coordinator to support the creation of engaging, customer-focused product copy for a high-volume online retail environment. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in digital merchandising, copywriting, content production, and eCommerce operations. Working closely with Product Copywriters and Copy leadership, this role is responsible for transforming product details into clear, accurate, and benefit-driven content while maintaining a high volume of daily deliverables. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting. This position is onsite in Memphis, TN and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment, with access to client or customer systems and confidential or proprietary information.

Qualifications
