Key Responsibilities
- Tag customers in Shopify to ensure they receive the correct site experience.
- Manage email and SMS operations to support membership renewal.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the Pro Program in a timely and professional manner.
CRM Coordination
- Support the development and coordination of campaign briefs for customer-facing communications across global digital commerce platforms.
- Help ensure alignment across Education, Creative, Ecommerce, CRM, and Social teams.
- Manage campaign timelines and workflows by tracking deliverables, following up with cross-functional partners, and ensuring creative and editorial assets are delivered on time.
- Aid in the quarterly CRM report card by compiling global performance data across channels.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, customer operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, education, social, and CRM teams.
- Experience with Shopify, email/SMS marketing tools, and CRM reporting is a plus.
Candidates must be based in Los Angeles and able to meet in-person at the Studio as needed.
