About the role
Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to support its digital commerce team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in eCommerce while gaining hands-on experience in website merchandising, digital marketing, analytics, SEO, UX testing, and online business strategy. Responsibilities
- Cook up product launches in line with the marketing calendar.
- Maintain website merchandising, promotional collections, and homepage content.
- Produce weekly and monthly business performance reports.
- Generate ad hoc reports and analyze eCommerce performance.
- Maintain product and content launch calendars.
- Support UX and A/B testing initiatives.
- Aid with vendor product setup and maintenance.
- Support execution of the organization's web strategy.
- Coordinate SEO-focused content updates.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, logistics, CRM, and digital teams.
- Support additional projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience supporting an eCommerce website through merchandising, product launches, promotions, or content updates.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports and analyzing business performance.
- Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining product information and performing data entry.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with footwear, apparel, or consumer products is highly preferred.
- Experience with product assortment and merchandising is a plus.
- Experience using eCommerce tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Algolia, Dynamic Yield, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting vendor relationships, content management, or product setup is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

- Recent graduates with relevant internship or eCommerce experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay
$27 - $29 / hr
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.
Additional Details
- Contract assignment through the end of the year.
- Primarily onsite in Charlotte with occasional remote flexibility based on business needs.
- Immediate start preferred.
- Candidates should have no planned PTO within the first 60 days.
