Roles And Responsibilities
- Possess and prospect for guest accounts, aiming to convert them into fully established Ryerson accounts.
- Follow up on leads generated through Ryerson.com and other channels to onboard new customers and drive account creation.
- Manage and support all guest eCommerce orders across regions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers who initiate or complete online orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and customer experience, while continuously building product and platform knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Execute tasks with a high degree of speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales and marketing, economics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of sales or related experience.
- Experience in the Metal industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- SAP Experience is a plus.
- Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A positive attitude, competitive, goal-oriented, driven with a passion to excel.
Pay
Base Salary: $52,132.52 - $78,198.78 annually. A starting salary higher than $52,132.52 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
