Ecommerce Associate
About the role
Our Ecommerce Associates support retail sales by working in one or more of the following workstations: receiving, sorting jewelry, research, photography, scanning/listing, shipping, or trailer production. The position requires the ability to work rapidly on repetitive production assignments while maintaining high production standards and quality requirements. We seek team players who are committed to demonstrating excellence in their work, attendance, and attitude.
Responsibilities
- Process all incoming goods and determine if items will be listed or rejected.
- Process containers of jewelry by location and sort by correct category.
- Test metals and stones to determine if real.
- Research the value of items prior to listing and determine which selling platforms to list on.
- Correctly enter all information for items being listed.
- Photograph each item prior to listing.
- Pull sold items and correctly wrap for shipping.
- Download product trailers to sell online for the Ecommerce department.
- Sort through items quickly and accurately to find quality goods and place unwanted items in the trash or salvage.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Online selling and data entry experience strongly preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to understand written instructions and use a tape measure.
Pay
$16.50 per hour
